What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payment through PayPal. Items will not be processed/shipped until payment is made. If payment is not made within 48 hours of confirming the purchase, we will cancel the order.

How long will delivery of my order take?

Jewelry orders for in-stock items will be shipped out within 3 business days. First Class Shipping is FREE. Priority Mail, Express Mail, & International Shipping are an added charge.

All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless requested otherwise.

Shipping insurance is NOT included in the shipping cost. If you prefer shipping insurance, please contact us to discuss extra fees for insurance. This is highly recommended for international shipping.

If you receive a damaged package, do not open it. Instead, refuse delivery, and have
the package returned un-opened.

Please understand we do not have control over the USPS. For United States orders that ship via USPS, tracking information is provided. We are not responsible for lost and stolen packages.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Shipping Rates are as follows:

First Class (US) – Free – Typically takes 2-5 days, but allow up to 10 days
Priority Mail (US) – $8.00 to $15.00 – Allow 2-3 days
Express Mail – $25.00 – Guaranteed overnight delivery to most US locations
International First Class Shipping - $5.00 - Allow up to 2 weeks
Priority Mail International Shipping - $15.00 - Allow 6-10 days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

Refunds and Exchanges

What's your refund policy?

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your order once it is received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be glad to exchange the item for something else in our shop. Sorry, there are no refunds.

If you receive a damaged package, do not open it. Instead, refuse delivery, and have
the package returned un-opened.

If the item is damaged when you receive it, contact us and we will fix it. We strive to make quality pieces that last. Customers cover the cost of shipping for exchanges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Can you make custom orders?

We are glad to take custom orders for any of our jewelry on our site!

Custom orders usually take 2-4 weeks to complete. This allows for correspondence and construction of custom jewelry items including design time, ordering from suppliers if necessary, and ample delivery time.

Please allow for this extra time, and we can let you know what the timing will be once we begin discussing your custom order.

If you need an expedited custom order and need it before 2 weeks, we can accommodate this order with an additional fee.

Please note, custom orders CANNOT be canceled and are NOT returnable.

We ask our customers to make a 20% non-refundable deposit of the total order before pieces are put in production. A payment link/posting will be sent to you via email to provide your deposit total. We routinely send jewelry construction photos of custom pieces through email. This is an important part of the custom jewelry process. Once you are satisfied with the look of your jewelry, we will then send another payment link/posting for the remainder of your total. Once payment is received, your jewelry will be shipped within 2 business days.
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your custom order once it is received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will discuss a way to rectify the situation.

Do you offer gift boxes with purchase?:

Yes! Is your jewelry a gift for a special someone? For your convenience, we would be glad to package your jewelry for you for $3.00 per box. The charge includes a lovely white or silver box, your choice of color ribbon, an organza bag, and tissue paper. Please convo us if you would like this option and we will create a link for you. Then add this option to your shopping cart.

Is the jewelry Hypoallergenic?

Unless stated otherwise, they are not. If you have sensitive skin, the jewelry may not work for you. We are NOT responsible for skin reactions to the materials in the jewelry.

Is the jewelry Sterling Silver?

We use silver plated findings and materials for our jewelry. However, sterling silver is available upon custom request. Please note there will be at least 1 week added time until your item is shipped plus an additional cost for sterling silver. Please convo us if you have a request for sterling silver.

Bridal Jewelry Custom Orders – Tips for Bulk Orders:

We all know that everyone comes in all shapes and sizes and this is important to note when making custom order jewelry. The length of necklaces and bracelets will vary from one person to the next. Some people prefer post earrings versus leverback. These are all things to consider when creating jewelry for yourself and others especially for your special day. Here are some questions that you consider:

How long do I want the necklace and/or bracelet to be?
What type of ear wire do I want for earrings?
What type of metal do I want?
What type and size of flower cabochon do I prefer?
What colors do I want?
How soon do I need the jewelry?
Will I need gift boxes?

• Necklaces - One way to figure out the perfect length of a necklace is to find a favorite necklace that is the right length for you and then measure it from the end of the clasps. Note the measurement in inches.
• Bracelets – For the perfect bracelet fit to your size, measure your wrist size and then add 1 inch. For example, if your wrist is 6 inches the bracelet would be 7 inches (not including the clasp).
